Join us to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the abolition of the armed forces in Costa Rica. The guest speakers will be talking about how a culture of peace has positively impacted the culture, education, and society of our country. Focusing on the following points: 

- What are the long-term developmental effects of Costa Rica's abolishment of its army? What have been its implications for the country economic growth?

- What are the effects of having no army in Latin America in the 21st century?

- 70 years after, what does this mean for the latest generations?
