Rishab Rikhiram Sharma will bring his Sitar for Mental Health experience to the Hall on Thursday 1 October 2026, inviting audiences to pause, take a breath, and experience an evening where classical Indian music meets wellness.
Designed for relaxation and inner peace, Sitar for Mental Health draws from centuries of Indian classical tradition while embracing innovation, blending the ancient sound of the sitar with modern electronic elements. Featuring powerful soundscapes including Chanakya, The Burning Ghat and Roslyn, the performance takes audiences on a journey through all nine emotions, from calm to power.
Dedicated to reflection and reconnection, the evening offers audiences the opportunity to experience the timeless voice of the sitar in a contemporary setting, creating a unique musical experience centred on wellbeing and inner calm.
