Classical musican always wanted to try jazz improvisation? Inspired by Dr. Roberts’ recent talk? This workshop is your next step!

Jazz society is offering a free practical introduction and masterclass (3-6pm) specifically designed for classical musicians looking to explore the exciting world of jazz. It's designed to be a low stress, hopefully not intimidating afternoon of playing and learning! At 8pm-10:30pm, we'd then invite everyone who attended the afternoon session to join us for our regular Jazz Night – and to take the plunge and play at least one tune!

Make sure to bring your instrument or yourself (if a singer or pianist)!
