Great Hall
The Great Hall is our largest and most impressive room at Goodenough College, featuring high vaulted ceilings and oak-panelled walls, creating a unique atmosphere for any event. Originally built in the 1930s as a ballroom and dining space for London House residents, it continues to serve as the dining hall for our College Members.
Breakfast and dinner are typically served in the Great Hall, where you can enjoy your meal in the splendid surroundings alongside other Members, Goodenough Hotel London guests, College staff, and visitors. Occasionally, the service location may change due to external room bookings. For the latest updates, please check the 'Service Location’ section by clicking on the relevant tile at the top of the page.
Throughout your stay, you'll see the Great Hall in various settings: in the mornings as a breakfast dining space, during the day prepared for conferences, or in the evening as a venue for formal seated dinners, such as our five annual faculty dinners.
