If you wish to take over a Club or Society, or appoint a new
Organiser, Secretary or Treasurer, please email the IT Helpdesk.

Remember to include the following details in your Email :

• Include 'Square Club / Society' in your subject line

• Let us know the names and roles of each of your Committee members.

• Let us know who has recently joined, and who has recently left, your Committee

Each Club and Society comes with four standard roles :

Commitee Role	What do they do?
Community Organiser	Runs the Club or Society Appoint the rest of the Committee.
Treasurer	Manage the finances of the Club and Society. Liaises with the Members' Council Treasurer.
Secretary	Take minutes Works with the Social Secs to keep the Club or Society page up to date Adds News and Events to the What's On section of the Square
Committee General	Social Secretaries and Sports Coaches come under this role.
