RE: Staff Handbook updates & Staff Benefit update on subsidised stays at the Club
I am writing to advise you that we have two updates in the Staff Handbook and an update on subsidised stays at the Club.
Please find the two new policies on Paternity (Ante-natal appointments) and Smoking attached, they can also be found in the staff handbook under S:\Staff Handbook.
Staff Benefit update on Subsidised stays at The Club
In terms of Friends & Family, Staff may avail of the discounted rate for close friends and family but take full responsibility for their stay, guests staying are representing the employee.
Employee Rate:
15% of BAR Bed & Breakfast who is entitled; College/Club/ the Burn
Friends & Family:
15% of BAR Bed & Breakfast who is entitled; College/Club/ the Burn
T&C’s for the Employee Rate
1: Requests to be made to Club Manager or Reservations Manager.
2: Staff name will be noted in reservation and responsibility for complaints or misuse will lie with staff member.
3: All bookings to be guaranteed to CC and adhere to company cancellation policy. Non arrivals will be charged.
4: All bills to be settled in full on departure.
5: All rates are subject to availability and Best Available Rate to offer where employee rate not available.
6: Two room per request per member of staff.
