Welcome to Goodenough's Space and Astronomy Society! Our aim is to give you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the wondrous cosmos that surrounds us! In 2021/22 we plan to bring you observation sessions, where we will use Goodenough's telescope to capture bright objects such as Jupiter, Saturn and the surface of the Moon. We will also organise astronomy related talks, where we will discuss topics such as the maleable nature of space and time, the future of the universe and the search for extraterrestrial life! Join us on our documentary sessions, where we will watch and discuss some of the greates pieces of science communication of the last decades, and to our camping trips to dark-sky reserves for some proper deep-sky observations!
