We manage the repairs, cleaning and catering services. If you would like to provide us with feedback on any of these services, good or bad please contact the Facilities Helpdesk.

The Facilities Helpdesk is your point of contact and is here to help during your stay. We are open from 7:30am - 7pm Monday to Friday.

From 1st May the new Helpdesk hours will be from 7:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Please call us on ext. 1540, email us at facilities.helpdesk@goodenough.ac.uk or pop into the facilities management office (we are situated besides the Reception in London House.) if you need to report any maintenance defect, or provide feedback on our services.
