We are your first port of call!
We are your first port of call to assist you with all aspects of College life. The College offers a huge range of services and facilities, and our friendly and knowledgeable Reception staff can help you to access many of them or advise you who to contact.
The College’s Reception staff (in London House and William Goodenough House) are responsible for handling mail delivery and forwarding, ensuring the College’s compliance for fire and building safety, overseeing day-to-day security operations and much more.
Reception staff are available 24/7 to ensure the safety and security of members and staff. In addition, if you have an emergency maintenance issue outside the Helpdesk open hours contact Reception for help. The Reception team will contact our emergency maintenance team who will respond to incidents, including overnight and at weekends.
